The Amherst Land Trust is a 501.c.3 corporation. As such, gifts to the Land Trust, from membership dues and memorial donations to the value of easements and gifts of land are tax-deductible.

In addition, gifts to the Land Trust may reduce estate taxes and property tax assessments.
